Photo Eligibility
To enter, you must be a human and must not have won any Tibia Cubix’s Photo Contest in the previous 30 days. Orc Community members, Tibia Cubix slaves and their immediate family members are not eligible. All photos must have the cubix(ies) announced on the contest post and must be relevant to the specifc contest’s theme. It is eligible to use other cubixies, but they should not be the main focus of the photo.

Image Modifications
Minor digital enhancement is permitted, but images that have been significantly modified or appear unnatural will be disqualified.

Not Permitted:

• No borders or frames may be added to images.
• No pictures with just cubix(ies) drawing(s).
• No watermarks, signatures, or copyright notices may be added to images. All winning images will be displayed with the photographer’s name.
• No Microsoft Paint. Please.

Permitted Modifications:

• Images may be cropped and rotated as necessary.
• Images may be resized as long as it do not look distorted
• Texts can be used to simulate characters speech
• Color modification or small enhancements can be done as long as it do not look OMFG RAINBOW!

Copyright
Entries must be submitted by the original photographer. Do not submit a photo taken by someone other than yourself. You must be the sole owner of the copyright of any image submitted. By entering this contest, you are giving Tibia Cubix the rights to use your photo.

Submitting Photograph
Images should be uploaded to a image host web service. We highly recommend the http://twitpic.com, but you are free to use any other. After uploading it, you should send a message in twitter as a reply to @tibiacubix within the deadline.

Exemple: “@tibiacubix Here is my photo to the contest http://twitpic.com/….” .

Number of Entries
An individual may submit only one photo per contest.

Deadline
Every contest announcement will specify the date of the deadline. As global warming makes no considerable change in the rotation of this fantasy world you, humans, call Earth, it will be accepted entries until the last midnight of this planet: in Honolulu. http://j.mp/HONOLULU

Judging
Entries will be judged on the basis of creativity, photographic quality, and effectiveness in representing the choosen cubix(ies) with the specified theme. The Orc Community will judge the entries and The Orc will announce the final decisions on twitter (http://twitter.com/tibiacubix). Entries that fail to comply with the Contest Rules will be disqualified. The Orc Community will include professionals in graphic design, web design, marketing, photography and, of course, raids.

Winners
Judges will select a first place winning photo. If fewer then three eligible photographs are entered, Orc Community may cancel the contest. In addition, one ore more honorable mention winners may be selected if there are a large number of entries, at the discretion of the judging panel. Winners will be notified approximately 2-3 days after the contest deadline by twitter.

Along with a winner notification, the winner will be asked to send via twitter the following information of the character that will receive the prize: name, level, city and world. Failure to send this information within 7 days will result in disqualification. Winning photograph, along with winner’s twitter and tibia character (optional) will be displayed on Tibia Cubix’s Tumblr (http://tibiacubix.tumblr.com) whithin approximately 2-3 days after the contest deadline.
